   Hello Doctor, I was playing soccer this week and at the end of the match my leg began hurting.
It still hurting but I took some aspirins and the pain was gone for a few hours. I think that maybe my bone is broken cause I can't walk too much, so I hope you could help me to be good as soon as    possible.
    So yeah, that's it, what should I do now?

     Thanks for sending me this email, I'll do my best to help you out. If you could come in my office it would be great, then we could do the exams and see your situation.
      But for now why don't you try to eat healthily?. Stay away from fast foods because your bone needs to recover, try eating salad, fruits, a lot of proteins and carbohydrates, that's important for your bone. You could consider staying in bed and resting well too, and don't do physical effort. Doing sports now it will only turn your situation into bad, you need to rest and eat well because your bone is recovering itself.
      You can come to my office on Friday at 3 p.m. I'll wait for you, do what I told you and you will be fine.
